How does this work?

I will meet you for a Video Call or Coffee to understand your specific hiring requirements. After that I speak with my trusted network of experts to find you the most suitable candidates available on the market. These CVs are then shortlisted, interviews are scheduled for you, and you then hire your preferred options.

What positions do you recruit for?

I specialise in the recruitment of technology leaders, from engineering managers, Heads, VP to CTOs and CIOs. We mostly work with talent based across the UK.

How much do you charge?

We are paid on results, so if you don’t hire anyone we recommend to you, then you don’t pay anything. Our placement fee is calculated as a % of the candidate’s agreed upon first-year salary. The % amount varies based on what skills you require, and how many people you need. Please contact us for a quote based on your requirements.

Do you offer a refund guarantee?

Yes, in the unlikely event that a hired candidate doesn’t work out then we will provide a 50% rebate if they finish employment in the first 2 months, or a 25% rebate if they finish employment in the 3rd month.
